“Very good company to work with. They came to our home, gave some suggestions based upon actual lighting and then identified our options. No high pressure, no sway one way or the other but very insightful when working with colors & tints. My only "wish I could have" regret is that I should have sprung for the motorized accessory. I have tall windows. It cost more but I know I would have appreciated it more over time. I recommend this company.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Andrea when I hired her to provide window coverings for my living room. Throughout the entire process Andrea was friendly, helpful, and full of good suggestions. Her expert knowledge allowed her to give me thoughtful recommendations on style, patterns, shades, etc. I enjoyed visiting her studio to look at hundreds of samples for fabrics and shades, and she was up-front about all costs and did not pressure me at all when presenting options at various price tiers. The installation of my window treatments was quick and expertly done. They are amazing and really make the room look more 'finished'. I highly recommend Andrea. She is fun to work with and a true expert in her field!”

“Absolutely outstanding business. We bought a new build and wanted to get blinds in ASAP so timing was important as the builders wrapped up their work. Mark, the owner, came out multiple times to get measurements. A window ended up having to be moved and a couple others had to be fixed. Mark was patient and came back multiple times to make new measurements to ensure the changes to the windows didn’t mess up the blinds. It took MONTHS to get the windows completed and Mark was understanding the entire time. He came over a few times to put in blinds where the windows were good and even put up some temporary blinds on a window that was being repaired. We even got compliments on the temporary blinds because they looked pretty good! When Mark was installing one blind, he heard a soft squeak and immediately said he would replace it without hassle. We didn’t even notice ourselves! We got 5 other bids and not only was Gotcha Covered the most cost competitive, the quality of the blinds are outstanding. We have another house with blinds from a competitor and the new blinds are substantially better even though they are cheaper. Very happy with the quality, service, and price! Thanks, Mark!”
