We had a master bathroom expansion and remodel project that included a small top and bottom opening window over the commode and 2 large sliding picture windows over the tub. The bathroom looks out to the backyard and we wanted to have window coverings that when open were barely seen and when closed provided privacy while obscuring as little light as possible. Charlene came and helped us select Hunter Douglas Duette PowerView Top-Down/Bottom-Up shades for the larger windows and a Hunter Douglas Duette Top-Down/Bottom-Up for the small window. Her artistic eye and knowledge about what the various colors would bring out given both our colors and the natural light was excellent. And when it came to price, she beat the 3 other estimates I got. And Charlene was a great communicator, keeping us well informed about the product delivery and installation. We are as enthralled with our shades almost a year later as we were then.

I have worked with Charlene, owner of Blind Lady with Shades for over 20 years. She provided shades for a house I built and then provided shades for our new house. Charlene was responsive, provided excellent customer service and continue to refer her to anyone needing blinds.

The Blind Lady with Shades completed two projects in my current residence, as well as providing estimates for two more. Charlene is very considerate of my budget and does not try to "bump" project costs. Her eye for color and detail along with awesome product knowledge speed projects along. The shutters are of excellent quality. Installation was quick and flawless. The hobbled shades were exquisite. In 1992, Charlene installed all window treatments (curtains and shades) in a new house. The work was excellent and completed promptly amid all the move-in confusion.
