They show me pictures of my projects before they've shipped, worked with me on every detail, and delivered beautiful products within a month, and for a great price! I chose expensive fabrics from Fabricut with my interior decorator to make drapery from for 3 rooms in my house. After speaking with Lee at Customhouse Workroom, I decided to work with them to make our pleated & ring top drapery pairs. They were very responsive and very careful with our fabric, plus the whole job took less than a month. The pricing was excellent, less than local sewers, and the personal attention I got from Lee will bring me back for more jobs. I recently completed a home re-modeling project and worked with Custom House Workroom on my blinds, shades and drapes. The entire project went so smoothly from the selection of fabrics and hardware to the choices of styles etc. They notified my Designer when my fabric arrived and shared pictures of my window treatments as they were being constructed. 3 weeks later, everything arrived in beautiful condition, and fit perfectly. I was able to complete a very complex project in a very short time frame and couldn't have been more satisfied. I would highly recommend them for all aspects of window treatment work.
