I'd forgotten that my husband had ordered several replacement slats for our plantation shutters. When I called to check on the status, these extremely kind people did not only confirm they were there, but offered to install them personally. They were booked out several days, but I had a weekend of open houses quickly approaching. That same day, the owner, Craig, came to my home and installed them for me. The room was made complete and I am eternally grateful for their kindness during a time of stress in my life. It was a relief and so far above and beyond excellent and compassionate customer service. We recently selected Horizon Window Fashions to provide window coverings for our new home. From the first visit to the show room we new we had made the right choice. The staff were friendly and extremely knowledgable about each of the products. The showroom was fantastic in being able to feel, touch and see how the products work and look. We contacted 4 individual window covering businesses in Reno, Nv. to come and provide us a cost estimate to order and install window shutters and slider door verticals at our home. After all provided us with detailed estimates and a list of work to be performed, we decided to contract with Horizon Window Fashions. We were very impressed with their sales person / installer Conner. Conner is very knowledgable of the Hunter Douglas Product that we were interested in. He worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted for a quality installation. We felt very strongly throughout the ordering process we had made the right decision. Our order was placed and within 2 weeks we were contacted to schedule an installation day and time. On Feb. 24, 2015 installer, Morgan from Horizon arrived with our shutters to start and complete the installation. Morgan was very friendly and experienced, he walked us thru the installation process answering all of our questions, after which the work began. Later in the day Conner arrived to assist Morgan in completing the project. Once completed Conner and Morgan went over the work with us to make sure we were satisfied with the results, which we were. Both Morgan and Conner representing Horizon were true professionals at all times. The work they completed at our home was first rate and of high quality. We highly recommend Horizon Window fashion for all your window and door treatment needs. You won't have any regrets, you will be contracting with the very best Reno has to offer! We had Horizon change out some shutters to blinds. They were very professional. They showed up at the exact appointment time. The delivery was done on the date promised. Installation was done promptly. I would recommend them to anyone. We're very satisfied with our new blinds.

Our wooden blinds were 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I stopped in at Horizson Blinds to see what they had to offer. I was very pleased with the showroom and customer service! Displays and explanation by Matt was easy to understand. Also, I could see the excellent quality in the blinds. Craig installed my new blinds last week. Wow! What a difference it made to our kitchen and family room. The difference was so remarkable I asked him to order new blinds for our living room windows. Love the Platinum Hunter Douglass window treatments. We especially like the top down feature that allows light in while still having privacy. Installation was fast and they made sure we understood how to operate and program the shades before they left.

I ordered wood shutters. When I was initially ordering them, I was worried about the shutters matching the wood around the windows. Alex and Staci were so patient and helpful. The shutters match perfectly. They got here sooner than I had anticipated. Craig worked very hard to ensure the shutters were installed perfectly. I am so pleased with them. Also, everyone who walked in to the house during the installation took their shoes off without being asked. I love that. I will definitely use Horizon Window Fashions again should I need window coverings.
