Sun Shade was very profession with helping us set up the process of getting window film. I had to go as far as replace some glass due to the nature of the type of glass that was used, SS applied the film before it even was delivered for install. The installer was very nice and courteous. He did an amazing job on my windows and you can't even tell there is a film on it. Definitely worth the investment, and Sun Shade will definitely be used by me again in the future.

Sun Shade Film Systems were great to work with. They explained the pros/cons to various security, privacy, and solar options. The install was completed in a timely manner for our security/privacy concerns and we will be having them back when the weather warms up to deal with a solar issue we have with a few South-facing windows. Sun Shade has nice people who do a great job.

Sun Shade installed opaque privacy film on interior office glass walls and doors at my business, and also reflective privacy film at my home on windows which face a condo building. Excellent prompt response from the company, quality work, and friendly and efficient installers. Highly recommend!

Our window projects were a great experience from beginning to end. Sarah worked with us over several weeks until we reached a beautiful custom design which was exactly what we wanted. Ken was extremely helpful with explaining the various types of film systems and tailored the various windows in our house to our needs. The project price was reasonable (it was the best of all the quotes we solicited). We were updating our home and renovating the upper floor where our floors, furniture and window treatments were destroyed by UV light from the sun. Our large living room windows face south and the kitchen/family room faces west, hence after 20 years floors and furniture faded. With new flooring, painting, window treatments being installed, it made sense to stop the destructive sun rays from taking their toll on new home improvements. Chris and his team came in and installed UV films on the said windows in about 2.5 hours, we had already had new blinds installed too, no issues. We are pleased we don’t need to keep lowering blinds to keep floors and furniture from fading. Also the film from Sun Shade keeps the room a bit cooler. We would highly recommend Sun Shade.

I have nothing but praise for Ken Greenwood and Victoria Sun Shade Film. After installing hardwood floors in approximately 2010 or 2011, to prevent the new dark oak floors from fading, the skylights and front southwest facing windows were covered with Sun Shade Film. The results were excellent. Some of the windows had the film put on the inside, others had it on the outside. The staff were skilled and professional. Approximately four or five years later a small crack appeared in the picture window. The crack quickly expanded. I called Sun Shade. Mr Greenwood’s response was quick. Without question the window was replaced, with new film installed. In late 2019, I discovered where the film had been installed on the external surfaces, the film had deteriorated and was badly discoloured. I called in early 2020. Again Mr Greenwood’s response was positive. However due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was some time before he could perform an inspection and ultimately remove the damaged film from the outside of those windows and replace it with new interior film. Six months later all is well. Mr Greenwood’s integrity and professional ethics are second to none.

Excellent service and results. Quoting process was transparent. I was able to describe the type of solar film effect/results I wanted over the phone and was then presented with 3 product options at my home -- each option was in line with what I had described. Made the selection process very easy. Installer was a pro - had clearly been doing this for many years. So the install was quick and precise. Respected all COVID safety protocols. I'm very happy with the results. Would recommend Sun Shade to friends and family.

Very knowledgeable and professional company. The highly skilled installer did an amazing job. The product we ordered seems to be working as desired allowing some heat from the sun to come into the house for winter heating and I’m hoping it will also radically reduce the fading of our carpets and furniture which was the main reason for installing the film in the first place, only time will tell!
