Susanne is always smiling and has a great supply of choices to choose what's best for your windows in your home! We have used her repeatedly. First to replace some old small wooden shutters that were popular in the 70s with a similar but updated version. The last project was some woven shades in our kitchen/sunroom that would allow some light in but also help keep the temperature in check during the winter and summer months. She is always professional and will come by your home at your convenience. If my windows need anymore replacement "dressings", I will definitely call on Susanne!

From advising me on my fabric choices, to being extremely flexible on my ever-changing installation dates, the whole process was terrific. My window treatments are high-quality and beautiful. Susanne is knowledgeable and is fun to work with. She advises, yet is never pushy. Her estimates were right on track, and the installation process happened while I was out of town. Susanne came to our home and measured for and provided custom shades for our French doors and custom blinds for our great room. I am not a huge fan of window coverings, preferring to enjoy the light and view, yet Susanne found solutions for us that make our home more comfortable while also allowing me to enjoy the light and view when I want it. We ordered custom window shades and were very pleased. Susanne was so helpful....she came out to meet with us to help us choose what would work best for our training room. She brought lots of samples with us and helped us in our decision making. The price was reasonable and the job was well done---everything from the initial meeting to final install. We would definitely use them again if the need arises!

Susanne has so much experience in the industry. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the variety of selections that she offers for window coverings-- she seems to have options comparable to everything that I was finding online, but it was so helpful to actually get to see samples in person with her before purchasing. She is also very timely and professional. I have already gotten a quote from her for the next job. I will definitely reach out to Susanne before just shopping online.
