O'Hara Custom Carpentry

Started a bathroom remodel project in December 2013. It was completed March 1, 2014. I am very disappointed with the condition Mr. O’Hara has left my bathroom. Just a couple of days before "completing" my bathroom remodel, my acrylic tub and toilet seat were left with scratches. I don't know why they weren't protected. I did not use "big box store" fixtures. I easily paid twice as much for fixtures from a kitchen and bathroom store. With the assistance of said store, the tub manufacturer was kind enough to send someone to polish out the scratches. The tiles on the walls, shower floor and bathroom are not level; this was verified by the glass installers. There is insufficient grout between most of the tiles. When Mr. O'Hara sent his assistant to complete my punch list, I was also left with multiple shades of grout because the grouting was once again done incorrectly. On March 18th, Mr. O'Hara stopped by to check out my "punch list". He said he would replace the toilet seat and re-grout the bathroom. He also said he couldn't get back for a couple of weeks. Well, needless to say, he hasn't called me. He doesn't answer my calls. He doesn't return my calls. It’s been two months since we’ve had any contact. Mr. O'Hara needs to re-evaluate his business principles. I do not recommend O'Hara Custom Carpentry.
