Inspiration for a large contemporary master white tile and ceramic tile ceramic tile bathroom remodel in Milwaukee with an undermount sink, recessed-panel cabinets, white cabinets, granite countertops, a two-piece toilet and beige walls

The clients are original owners of their contemporary home built in the early 80's'. Their master bath was inefficient with an oversized under-utilized tub with steps taking up 1/3 of the space and tall walls separating the vanity area from the enclosed shower, blocking potential views of the wooded lot. The new design maintained the original 8'x15' space with 10' ceilings. Interior walls were removed, a 54" corner whirlpool tub was installed adjacent to a 36" vanity and new windows with transoms replaced old drafty ones. New floating vanities with tall cabinets create the new ladies vanity area. The 3 sided, 2 person frameless shower enclosure is a highlight of the new space. Photography by Curtis Martin

In this home renovation, we were hired to project manage and design a new kitchen, mudroom, first floor bathroom, and guest bathroom. We were also hired to stage the entire house for sale. The final result was a white kitchen and white subway tiled bathroom which created a clean and fresh modern feel even though the house was originally from the 1890s. Located on a serene country lane in an exclusive neighborhood near the village of Yountville. This contemporary 7352 +/-sq. ft. farmhouse combines sophisticated contemporary style with time-honored sensibilities. Pool, fire-pit and bocce court. 2 acre, including a Cabernet vineyard. We designed all of the interior floor plan layout, finishes, fittings, and consulted on the exterior building finishes.

This client wanted something clean and contemporary without being cold or too modern. We used porcelain wood for the flooring to add warmth but keep it low maintenance. The shower floor is in a beautiful silver slate.
