This hall bath felt cramped and closed off with a full wall separating the toilet from the sink. The wall was reduced to a pony wall and topped with a custom shelf. New vanity, counter, sinks, faucets and floors helped the original yellow tile pop.

This new home, built for a family of 5 on a hillside in Marlboro, VT features a slab-on-grade with frost walls, a thick double stud wall with integrated service cavity, and truss roof with lots of cellulose. It incorporates an innovative compact heating, cooling, and ventilation unit and had the lowest blower door number this team had ever done. Locally sawn hemlock siding, some handmade tiles (the owners are both ceramicists), and a Vermont-made door give the home local shine.

Walk-in closet and we also moved the laundry into the bathroom The shower is tiled with a rich iron ore red porcelain. Set on a soft bank of cream porcelain which is mirrored on the exterior of the shower with paint. The floor is made of slate framed smooth river rock. A vein of copper runs through the heart of both the tub and shower area further tying the spaces together. Kids bathroom gets a sleek upgrade. We used a durable granite counter top for low maintenance. The deep color of the stone is a beautiful compliment to the natural oak cabinet. We created a small shelf out of the granite which is a perfect spot for our wall mounted faucet. Custom floating cabinet with towel storage below.

This Bathroom was originally very small, the toilet was too close to the wall, there was a very small vanity and not much footspace. So NH Bath Builders expanded the bathroom by gaining space from a closet that was not being used on the other side of the wall. This bathroom renovation included tiled floor and shower walls with a Kohler Archer tub. As some bathroom renovations may require, NH Bath Builders removed all the sheetrock, reframed walls and then finished the bathroom. One of the things that many of our customers love about us is we can take care of everything for you we have licensed electrician and plumbers we work with and then we do everything else. So there is not any coordinating headaches for the homeowner.

The bathroom in this summer house on Lauderdale Lakes, Wis. was ready for an update. The homeowner loved the sand and water tones of the lake and wanted to incorporate that into the space. We installed granite countertops and used a ceramic tile for the bathtub surround and floors that pair perfectly. All new plumbing fixtures and lighting were also installed to complete the look of this bathroom.

We preserved the original fir cabinets and knobs in the kids' bath, and used a bright laminate for the counter and backsplash.
