This master bathroom was a challenge. It is so TINY and there was no room to expand it in any direction. So I did all the walls in glass tile (top to bottom) to actually keep it less busy with broken up lines. When you walk into this bathroom it's like walking into a jewerly box. It's stunning and it feels so much bigger too...We added a corner cabinet for more storage and that helped. The kitchen was entirely enclosed and we opened it up and did the columns in stone to match other elements of the house.

A soft gray and white bathroom with a touch of lavender... just what these clients had in mind. The flat panel cabinets add a unique modern look the light space. Free hanging pendants hung from the ceiling provide adequate amounts of lighting for all needs. A pop of lavender is the finishing touch to a beautiful space.

This Mccormick Ranch beauty was remodeled from head to toe, inside and out. We gutted this home to bring in a more modern feel. The kitchen was updated with white shaker cabinetry, glass tile backsplash and gorgeous Calcutta marble countertops. We built a custom wall unit and added an over sized barn door to hide all of the components. The master bath was turned into a spa with the addition of a steam shower lined in Calcutta marble. The en suite bath was also updated with a steam shower lined in glass tile. A carrara accent wall was created for the gorgeous furniture piece vanity. We installed 12 inch distressed wood throughout the house. The landscaping was professionally done with artificial grass in the front, a paver driveway/walkway and tumbles travertine pavers for the courtyard.

Opportunity She said “traditional country” and he said “modern.” Turns out they both really wanted modern. Who knew? Results The challenge of not knowing what the outcome would be was replaced with excitement that the designer could hold their dream and make it a reality. They now have the most luxurious spa bath on the block. Built in 1998, the 2,800 sq ft house was lacking the charm and amenities that the location justified. The idea was to give it a "Hawaiiana" plantation feel. Exterior renovations include staining the tile roof and exposing the rafters by removing the stucco soffits and adding brackets. Smooth stucco combined with wood siding, expanded rear Lanais, a sweeping spiral staircase, detailed columns, balustrade, all new doors, windows and shutters help achieve the desired effect. On the pool level, reclaiming crawl space added 317 sq ft. for an additional bedroom suite, and a new pool bathroom was added. On the main level vaulted ceilings opened up the great room, kitchen, and master suite. Two small bedrooms were combined into a fourth suite and an office was added. Traditional built-in cabinetry and moldings complete the look.
