These clients win the award for ‘Most Jarrett Design Projects in One Home’! We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with these kind folks so consistently over the years. The most recent project features their master bath, a room they have been wanting to tackle for many years. We think it was well worth the wait! It started off as an outdated space with an enormous platform tub open to the bedroom featuring a large round column. The open concept was inspired by island homes long ago, but it was time for some privacy. The water closet, shower and linen closet served the clients well, but the tub and vanities had to be updated with storage improvements desired. The clients also wanted to add organized spaces for clothing, shoes and handbags. Swapping the large tub for a dainty freestanding tub centered on the new window, cleared space for gorgeous his and hers vanities and armoires flanking the tub. The area where the old double vanity existed was transformed into personalized storage closets boasting beautiful custom mirrored doors. The bathroom floors and shower surround were replaced with classic white and grey materials. Handmade vessel sinks and faucets add a rich touch. Soft brass wire doors are the highlight of a freestanding custom armoire created to house handbags adding more convenient storage and beauty to the bedroom. Star sconces, bell jar fixture, wallpaper and window treatments selected by the homeowner with the help of the talented Lisa Abdalla Interiors provide the finishing traditional touches for this sanctuary. Luxury bathroom design blends traditional elements with modern components to create an updated spa-like feel. The dark-stained vanity offers a balanced contrast to the neutral colors in the quartz countertop, shower, floor, and wall tiles. The shutter-style vanity doors combined with slab-style drawers create a unique blend of styles that provide ease and function. A free-standing soaking tub with a chrome stand-alone tub filler along with the chrome shower fixtures, sink faucets, drawer pulls & knobs and accessories add a modern element to a space designed for function and relaxation.

This was a lovely bathroom renovation we did. The mirrors, shower glass, and cabinets are all custom made pieces. We did a split level Vanity to accommodate both clients heights and it came together perfectly.

The bathroom porcelain listello liner tile looks like wood planks. We also used the same tile as the back splash along with pencil liners to finish the edges.

This modern, one of a kind bathroom makes the best of the space small available. The shower itself features the top of the line Delta Trinsic 17 Series hand held shower and the Kohler Watertile flush mounted Rainhead as well as two niche shelves and a grab bar. The shower is set with a zero-entry, flush transition from the main bath and sports a bar drain to avoid under foot pooling with full height glass doors. Outside of the shower, the main attraction is the ultra-modern wall mounted Kohler commode with touchscreen controls and hidden tank. The Master Bathroom was completely gutted and re-designed. An unused spa tub was removed to allow for a double vanity and larger shower along with more pass through space. Grey porcelain tiles were used on the floor and shower walls to create a unified feel to the room. The white Carrera Marble vanity top is blended into the grey background by use of a mixed white and grey mosaic tile which is applied to define the two sink areas and their mirrors.
