We Removed the Bathtub and installed a custom shower pan with a Low Profile Curb. Mek Bronze Herringone Tile on the shower floor and inside the Niche complemented with Bianco Neoplois on the Walls and Floor. The Shower Glass Door is from the Kohler Levity line. Also Includes a White Vanity with Recessed Panel Trim and a Sunset Canyon Quartz Top with a white undermount sink.

In this complete floor to ceiling removal, we created a zero-threshold walk-in shower, moved the shower and tub drain and removed the center cabinetry to create a MASSIVE walk-in shower with a drop in tub. As you walk in to the shower, controls are conveniently placed on the inside of the pony wall next to the custom soap niche. Fixtures include a standard shower head, rain head, two shower wands, tub filler with hand held wand, all in a brushed nickel finish. The custom countertop upper cabinet divides the vanity into His and Hers style vanity with low profile vessel sinks. There is a knee space with a dropped down countertop creating a perfect makeup vanity. Countertops are the gorgeous Everest Quartz. The Shower floor is a matte grey penny round, the shower wall tile is a 12x24 Cemento Bianco Cassero. The glass mosaic is called “White Ice Cube” and is used as a deco column in the shower and surrounds the drop-in tub. Finally, the flooring is a 9x36 Coastwood Malibu wood plank tile.

A small space deserves just as much attention as a large space. This powder room is long and narrow. We didn't have the luxury of adding a vanity under the sink which also wouldn't have provided much storage since the plumbing would have taken up most of it. Using our creativity we devised a way to introduce corner/upper storage while adding a counter surface to this small space through custom millwork. Master bathroom - clean, modern and perfect for starting a new day. Great details make this a special space, including the wood look porcelain tile flooring contrasted with gray cabinets and walls and the gorgeous Caesarstone Raven Quartz countertops for more contrast. The drop in tub has the same Caesarstone Raven deck as does the shower seat. The shower walls, along with the tub surround are 12 x 24 porcelain tile. Finishing the look, we have the same tile in the shower floor, in a smaller mosaic pattern. Great look for this master bathroom.

The owners loved the styling and colors of their new kitchen (see "Island Affair" by Lenton Company) and wanted the new space to match. We removed the oak cabinetry and replaced with painted and glazed new cabinetry. The new cabinets also included pull out laundry hampers as well as a center column for additional storage at an easy and reachable height. Once we removed the large jetted tub, we were able to make room for a built-in bench with storage.
