“My wife and I have used Jill on three separate transactions. Two home sales and one home purchase. The first quality that stood out was her ability to stage a home for sale. She has an uncanny ability to make a room look bigger and more livable, and retain its "hominess". Second, she knows her market. She has the ability to attract other realtors to her listings and to get results. We sold our first property with Jill in 2 weeks. She talked me out of removing a second property from the market in December. I thought that no one would be looking. We sold that property in December. “David worked with us in locating a home to meet our needs when we moved to the Chicago suburbs. He was very professional, but was also very personable. He spent the time helping us know what to look for in finding a house to make a home. He constantly communicated throughout the process of buying our house. We were so confident in his abilities, we made an offer from David going through the house before we stepped foot in the house. When it came time to need to sell our home, there was no question who to ask. David helped us know how to prepare our house to sell quickly and gave great decorating tips. When our home was listed, we were thankful to have an outcome that was successful. We had twelve showings and three offers within five days!
