“I needed a larger home, but was nervous about being able to afford the kind of house I wanted in a decent neighborhood. Carmen encouraged me to seek the advice of an independent financial consultation while at the same time going over the pros and cons of owning a house, getting in while the interest rates were still low and the price of housing on Oahu didn't go up so much I got priced out of the market. It took me over 9 months to get off the fence to make a decision, but Carmen's patient persistence got me to pull the trigger and buy a new house. Now that we're moved in and it's all done, we are very happy we did it. The house is great! Side note: On the day we were about to offer on a house, Carmen called to tell us she had checked the new listings (that morning) and one had come on the market that was absolutely perfect. She told us to get up, get dressed and go see it that day (because it would go fast). We did see it that day, offered for it and got it. If she hadn't been proactive and thinking about what we really wanted we would have missed that opportunity. She works hard for her clients! I highly recommend her!”
