“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“Mr. Beasley served as the general contractor for the construction of our second home, a modular cabin. Even though he had never dealt with modulars before, he took the job. He arranged for the modular walls for the basement, excavation, plumbing, electrical, and well. His own team designed and built the second floor porch and first floor deck. We learned about modulars together. He was willing to work with us as modifications became necessary because of the idiosyncracies of the modular assembly process. We love our cabin and continue to use his company for further work on the cabin as money becomes available. We consider Mr. Beasley to be one of our friends, and recommend him to others who have asked about our cabin.”

It’s good to know that there are companies like yours that go the extra distance to satisfy a customer. Many companies would do only what the plan calls for and nothing more. Again, it takes a special company to look past the blue prints and make the necessary changes to help benefit the customer. Also the word “Integrity” means nothing when everything is running perfectly. “My husband and I contacted Craig Construction for a renovation estimate on a house we were under contract to purchase. Craig and the excellent people he works with not only gave us a detailed, thorough estimate of the renovation costs, they also saved the lives of my entire family. They discovered that a mold problem in the basement was worse than it appeared. There were lethal levels of toxic mold spores throughout the entire structure, not just a simple basement fix as the listing agent indicated. Craig went above and beyond to help us get out of the contract. He has even checked up on us to make sure we're all on the mend and had visited the doctor. (Me, my husband, our 7 year old and 1 year old were all exhibiting symptoms of toxic mold poisoning. We thought it was just a nasty flu bug). All for a free estimate!!! Craig was exceptional, professional, caring, and thoughtful. His kind attitude, attention to detail, and experience in construction make him a wonderful find. “Upstream construction took care of two bathrooms (one above the other) which had water damage. The entire process was smooth and the work was excellant. They worked with in the pricing of the estimate leaving no surprises at the end of the job. They repaired, replaced and or painted ceiling, walls and flooring to include replacement ot trim. The work was excellant. Clean up was conducted on a daily basis. We did not know that they had been in the house other than seeing the work done each day as the work area was completely cleaned each day they were there. We are completely satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again! Terry has a greart team and company.”
