I mailed a mix of veggie and flower seeds this morning. Most of the veggies I sent are fast to mature and/or like cool weather. The slower maturing varieties should be good for next season. Good luck with the garden.

I can send you some of my tomato seeds and i got some tall coxcomb flower seeds. Ill send you some stuff. A lot of the stuff i got will be good for next year.

as a secondary/tertiary source, if you are unsuccessful in obtaining donations for all the supplies you need, you might consider using your local craigslist - i have had great, albeit limited and unpredictable, success finding hardscape materials such as bricks and rocks for edging on the free section - i have even received plants from people who need their gardens thinned

Heather, Will you do this again next year too? I would love to send some sunflower seeds and such but they require sowing in the spring and I'm not sure you would get much out of them this far into the season. If you plan to continue from year to year, I would be happy to send some seed each spring.
