Master Gardener class in NM

Greetings all!

I just want to share my good news!

A few months ago I applied for this year's Master Gardener class and yesterday I received the official letter saying I'm in.

I start this coming Thursday, the class runs until Dec. I hope it's as much fun as the Va. Master Gardener class was.

Woo-hoo!!!!

You will love this class, Sylvia! I took the MG class in Tippecanoe County in Indiana just last year. So much information and just wonderful. Speakers from Purdue University and veteran master gardeners highlighted our classes. I just loved it and learned so much. Since spring, I have added so much to our yard and we enjoy it immensely too. Lots of butterflies and birds visiting makes it all the more rewarding. Good luck!

Congrats! Lucky you."Master Gardener" just sounds so impressive and smart. I'm soooooo jealous, I've wanted to do that for a long time, it's on Thursdays here also and since I work full time I guess it will have to wait till retirement, oh wait I don't ever plan on retiring. Guess I'll remain a plain ole junk gardener for now.
