Well finally, two years after wading through the apple aisles whenever grocery shopping, I found the HoneyCrisp! "If you like Fuji, you'll love these" is what I kept hearing on the boards. It did not disappoint.

However, next to the Honeycrip was another apple I hadn't tried: Sweetie. It has the same colors/blush as the Fuji and Honeycrisp. I really enjoyed this apple because it has an interesting "candyish" flavor I can't name and it's right on the tip of my tongue (pun intended)! I'll have to return back to the store to see if I can recall the flavor after eating, say, 5 more today. ;--)

Somebody please tell me what this flavor is, as I can't find much online about the Sweetie and it's driving me crazy. The most I found was a Prevar group news release back in 2005, but it didn't state anything specific.

If I can't remember movies, music, actors, etc I can find the answer in less than 30 seconds online.
