Name That Plant!

Saw this while visiting nearby farmyard. Not sure what it is but really like the way it looks. Before I try to transplant some... better check to see what it is! The younger growth has the leaves quite separated. Growing on rocky wall area alongside many other plants, next to sheep pasture in sun/part shade.

And we have a WINNER! Thanks so much suemc! I checked it outand yes, I will be trying to get a cutting/seed/plant somehow! It is such a unique plant overall that I was drawn to look it over.
