Well, my cheap green featherlite blower has FODDED the flywheel cooling fins. One of the nuts tha hold the handle on came loose and was bouncing around the flywheel breaking off the cooling fins. Not all of them, but a few. So I tore the top cover/crankcase sump off to get down to the rattling parts. Found the nut and shook all the fins out. Also noticed the block screws were loose letting the motor slop around. After tighting up and reassembling, it fired right off and will blow another day. Maybe run alittle hotter but it will still push air, Geeezz, I only got 7 years on it and that was after I pulled it out of the trash!. For you none aircraft lingo dud's FOD (Foreign Object Damage) IOD (internal Object Damage)
