Hello Rosa, I am not an expert at all. But just learning along with people in this forum.
If your seedlings are 3 inches tall, they can be on their own and ready for sun. Not full sun at first.
You can water them everyday or every other days.

Thank you Marie, I wasn't sure to what to do with them, but I will put them outside and see what happens!! By the way, Do I need to transplant them into individual pots? or should I keep them in the germinating tray ( which is not too deep).
