Species adenium, somalense, swazicum or other?

Any idea what this is? I've had it about 6 years and this is the first year it has bloomed. I bought it at a sale with several others, one died, one survived. I think one was Adenium somalense, the other A. swazicum. Any idea if this is either? The flowers look more like pictures I have seen of swazicum, but I read that that species has velvety underleaves, and these are waxy and smooth.
