I'd also like to know about the flooring. Is this a stained poured foundation or was an overlay product used? Acid-stained or water-based dye? What colors were used? Very nicely done!

I think it's called concrete polishing. A grinder will take thin layer after thin layer off until you get that smooth, polished look . Probably a sealer is applied afterwards.
