Went to the chi-chi nursery across the street this morning to pick up a pot of yarrow and stumbled upon the clearance racks, on which I found Chelone obliqua "Alba" for $4.00!!!

This is a great find because I have not seen "Alba" readily available in my area (actually, I've never even seen it in person before). The stems did have what looked like powdery mildew all over them, but no big deal there, they'll be fine next year. I bought three pots. The white blooms were just lovely. I never fail to get comments on the large drift of turtlehead I have, so I'm sure I'll really enjoy these.
