Looks like I have Orbea Variegata seeds!

Pod has finally opened. I think it took 2-3 months but I can't quite recall. I'll look into some of the first photos I took. Here are some photos.

I'd never even heard of Orbea before, but that is one neat-looking plant. And the seed pods look like almost alien.

Fascinating! I don't know why but I definitely wasn't expecting the seed pod to look like that. They're similar to Plumeria and Adenium pods in having the 2 horns on them, but those are generally at 180 degrees to each other and not parallel like your Orbea. Thanks for posting and congrats on gaining what looks like a viable seeds. Are you going to have a go at germinating them?

I believe stapeliad seeds do not have a long lifetime - plant them soon.
