Bumps on Seedlings

Hi guys, I wanted to know if these are mites or fungus or what? I am reducing my watering to once every 3 days now. They are growing pretty fast and they seem to be established, so no need to pamper them so much. But I wanted to make sure, if its bugs, I can spray with oil. They seem to be red bumps.
