Bone Meal for Phosphorus and Calcium
As a fertilizer, the N-P-K of bone meal (ground up animal bones) is generally 4-12-0. Steamed bone meals have N-P-K of 1-13-0.

Wood Ashes for Potassium and phosphorus
Ashes from fireplaces and wood burning stoves are a good source of potassium and a lesser source of phosphorus, a good percentage (25 percent) calcium carbonate, and some micro-nutrients, depending on the type of wood burned. Hardwood ashes being the best source. So if your soil has a potassium deficiency, wood ashes can be a good amendment. Be careful as wood ashes will raise the PH of the soil.
DO NOT USE ASHES FROM PRESSURE TREATED WOOD AS IT CONTAINS HEAVY METALS!!
Average wood ash would probably be about 0-1-3 Again, be careful using wood ash as it also has the same effect as adding lime.
NOTE:
One of the best fertilizers for the garden is wood ashes mixed with human urine, and aged chicken poop. I know, I know, you don't want to eat any of my tomatoes.

Thanks Lou.. my aunt used to put pee mixed with water on her roses for more blooms.. I wont do it LOL I don't have access to wood ashes either. BUT I mix bone meal in all of my containers when i plant so i will hope for the best.

If you know of a hydroponics store around your area, you can buy the P or K in individual bags and make your own fertilizer mix.

I really think the 2-10-10 would be the best for your needs, just enough nitrogen to keep the plants a healthy green but not enough to make them grow into only green bushes.
