I need help identifying this plant that foams?

I have these all over my flower garden and they are too pretty to disrupt. I have included a picture of the flower that foams from time to time. Its pictured to the right of my azalea. Please help me identify it- I know my bees's love it... but that is all I know.

I bought my house in the fall last year and this has been blooming all over my flower garden...

I just realized I posted this in the wrong forum and I most likely have spittle bugs for the 'foaming' i have noticed!
But any insight would be helpful...

You mean the taller one? It looks like Juniper's Beard or Monarda. Good luck!
