Lots of good ???. Tall Bearded Iris like it sunny and dry. A good water one a week and they will be happy. Each Iris stalk has several flowers. Each rhizome produces a stalk, as well as more rhizomes. Dwarfs are pretty much the same as the tall. Most Iris are hardy! It gets to -30* here in Utah and they come back every year more Beautiful the that year before. It is a matter of picking the color that you like. Hope this helps.

Thank you aquawise for your reply. I am anxious to buy some rhizome. I read that planting should be sometime now for blooms next year. Some places have already sold out of iris rhizome, so I am hoping I can find somewhere they still have them!
