Do my toms have bacterial spot? w/pics

I have been noticing my celebrity tomato plant has been getting black spots on the leaves and turning yellow. I did a search on google and I think its bacterial spot. If that is whats going on how do I cure it? Or can I? There are two tomatoes growing on the plant now and they don't have any spots on them, but they are still small.

help!!!

I think it could be bacterial speck or spot. It is hard for me to tell them apart. I don't think you have tswv, but you are in Texas and I think it is also a problem there. Lorri DK

Thanks, I looked it up and they both look very similar. I cannot find any info on what to do about it though. Do I need to just pull the plant? I have two other tomato plants in the same garden plot and they are fine, no black spots and minimal yellow leaves if any at all.

I also am seeing the veins on the underside of the leaves are purple. A google search suggested psyllids, but i don't have any bugs.

Is this two separate problems?
