orange eggs on tomatillo leaves

I found some orange eggs on the underside of several tomatillo leaves. They were laid in a row. Some had hatched but the hatchlings were too small to see clearly. I removed the affected leaves that I could find, but my plant is very full and I am sure I missed some.

Any idea what these might be? Should I be more vigilant about finding the eggs, or will there only be cosmetic/minor damage?

Thanks!
