Garner, I'm no expert but they don't look too bad to me. I'd give them a day or two on the kitchen counter and maybe sing to them a little.

The pic shows the basil issue better. I am seeing some weird spots and those leaves just don't look healthy to me at all. Should I cut those parts of the plants off in case it's a disease or something? Or give it a few days?

I really think it was overwatered at the nursery and then was maybe stressed more by being left outside. Either way, I'm wondering if returning it is an option... I don't feel like I did anything too crazy to it in the last 48 hours, but who knows.

I just don't know what to do to help it now other than hit it with neem oil and let it dry out some. Hmmmm...

Oh, the Stevia has made a complete recovery, thank goodness! It was thirsty lol.

The white patches on the leaves look like sunburn.

Also, the stem in the latest picture looks like it's turning brown, I'd watch my watering, let it dry up some.

Plant wilt is a physiological response that most folks associate with lack of water. The truth is, any number of stressors can cause wilt, including even too much water.

Your plants look very savable however, if there are any parts that still look close to death after being back inside for a couple days, I'd remove them.
