I'm not sure how tall your plants get (or bloom habit, fragrance, etc.), but it looks like Watsonia borbonica (a.k.a. W. pyramidata).

The flower is about 3-4 inches in diameter, and the flower and leaves are 12-18 inches long and the leaves are thick and about 1/2 inch wide. It looks like the flowers are turning a pinkish purple, they're quite nice. In years past I pulled them up and cut the flowers, this year I'm holding off on mowing so I can cut the flowers :)

Thanks for finding that. That's not it. There's only one flower stalk, and there's nothing really visible in the center of the flower.

Looks like a rain-lily (Cooperia drummondii)
