How to get rid of these weeds

Our lawn is full of these weeds (1 and 2), they are very similar. Is there any chemical which can destroy them without much harming the grass? I think it is quite difficult to manually remove them and put some grass seeds in empty and depressed areas to make grass look uniform. thanks

That is White Dutch Clover. Many people seed that into their turf since the plants can, like all legumes, trap Nitrogen. Any herbicide that contains 2, 4, D will kill them but those products are prohibited for most all homeowners in Ontario.

The # 1 photo is Black Medic(Medicago lupulina) (weed that looks like clover).... your second photo which kimmsr has identified correctly as white clover)....
2 4 D (killex) has been banned, and the herbicides available here in Ontario will not kill either of them......mechanical removal is your only option.....
