I like them. I have seen others that are old and referred to as 'pinwheel celebration' chairs, but they have been steel chairs and usually in need of restoration. Yours (?) look new, so maybe reproductions of Francois Carre styles???

I love those! I doubt they're especially rare or valuable, but they're certainly attractive.
