Where can I find the bar supports/brackets? How are they attached to the granite? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the brackets along with a support system were custom made to hold the weight of the granite and installed by the fabricator. One of the houzz comments suggested that Ikea makes something similar that can be used. Best of Luck!
