I would suggest taking a sample of your counter top to a tile store and talk to one of the sales folks there...they can be very knowledgeable about their stock and can help you select something that will work together well.

Both your pieces seem very neutral, so I venture that your options are WIDE open. What do you like, what other colors are in your home?

I like the flooring in the photo Annie posted, the dark is very refreshing next to that vanity. I'm biased though, we just installed charcoal grey tiles in our bathroom remodel.

There are pink undertones in your counter so that eliminates any shade of yellow or orange because it will make the counter look dirty. I'd go darker for the floor. I like the flooring in the above photo. I'd take a sample to the store with you and also bring it home if you can to look at in your space. The lighting difference is pretty shocking at times.
