Those are some nice looking rooms. I wonder whether the parents redecorated after the kids became famous. The decorating looks too modern for those kids to have grown up in those houses.

yep, vicki. Interesting take, graywings. I think you may be right. Donovan's parents have a gold record over the fireplace. Is that a bronze head of Donovan just to the right of his mother?

The purple walls in Zappa's parents' home caught my eye. The upside down baby in the Grace Slick photo was a bit odd!

The apple (Frank Zappa) didn't fall far from the tree! lol

Kind of on topic, one thing about Zappa that most people don't know is he was anti-drugs. Listening to his music probably made people think differently. :)
