To the trades only?

I am looking for new fabric to reupholster a chair in my master BR. I love Vervain, Biron Check. I went to the fabriccopia website and ordered a sample in Oasis and Aqua. I was choosing paypal for payment. It appeared to be working but when I continued back to the website it says the payment has not been authorized by the user. I will put it on a credit card but thought I would check and see if anyone knows if I can purchase there before continuing?

I don't see anything on their website about trade only. They do have a registration program for the trades, which offers tiered pricing and various other benefits.

Okmoreh, that's what I thought but the site is giving me fits.
