Love the wall clock!!! is this a working clock or is it artwork? if the former, then who makes it?

This was a working clock using wall graffiti numbers that I ordered online and the clock arms were from Chiasso. Made about 5 years ago, so I'm not sure if those are still available. It was very easy to make!
