Southern Living Elberton Way plan

We are planning to build the SL Elberton Way plan by Mitch Ginn (with a few tweaks to it). Wondering if anyone else has info on this plan or has built it recently? I saw the previous thread from a year or so ago on here about it. Was looking for any additional info thx!

We bought the plans and tried to rework them to meet our needs/wants. We ultimately hired a local architect and we now have exactly what we want. Cost a little more money but was worth it.

What modifications did you make to the Elberton way? I'm interested in the plan also, would love to see pics!

From what they said, it sounds like they didn't modify the plan but ditched them and had an architect design a house just for them.
