It is Benjamin Moore Navajo White. Trim is all bright white.

Can you comment on the decision to use two shades of white (for wall and trim) vs. using the same shade for both wall and trim?

In this house we wanted the trim to pop some, while still providing a neutral background for the art collection. We actual have may shades of white here- the ceiling is a very pale blue, the trim is the closest to true white, the walls are the navajo, and the cabinets are a high gloss bright white with carrera counters. I worked on another historic home that was heavily modernized but retained original millwork where every surface was painted the same white in eggshell. This year (eight years after the initial renovation) we were repainting the entire house and the owner opted to up the trim to gloss while keeping the same color. This provided the amount of pop she wanted.
