failing that a bit of earth and some grass and meadow seed and creative mowing this summer and you could have a lovely garden that is easy to maintain. Add more earth to create some hills, plant them full of daffodil bulbs and tulips and alliums and then grass seed on top. Make sure you use meadow grass that is easier to maintain than lawn grass...

Add some ornamental grasses to create ïslands of interest.
