What type of cut (ie quarter sawn, flat cut) is the oak in the upper cabinets?

The backsplash is backpainted grey glass, and the oak veneer is flat cut. I'm a commercial Interior Designer, so I specify these finishes often.

Hi The upper cabinets is actually American Oak timber veneer with smooth finish.
