Can sinks be moved? Of course they can but, can ya make it happen?

If you are stuck with the closely spaced sinks, you would do best with one large rectangular mirror. Here is a mosaic mirror you can hang horizontally from Overstock. Also liked this look of two single lights on either side of the mirror and a set over the mirror. It would balance the space and draw your eye away from the sinks.

These mirrors from Grand Mirrors might be perfect. Also, they can customize to what ever size or shape you want your mirror to be.

The whole vanity was poorly planned!!! A nice single sink centered in a three-part vanity would have been much much much better, but you can work with what you bought.
If the vanity is made from four separate units, you could try this:
1. Remove the counter and sinks.
2. Separate the units and reconfigure them (from the left) as drawers, cabinet #1, drawers and cabinet #2.
3. Have a new counter made with only one sink hole centered on cabinet #1. Install the sink, faucet set and new counter. Connect plumbing.
If the vanity is one prebuilt unit, remove the counter and sinks. Have a new counter made with one sink centered on one of the two door cabinets. Install the sink, faucet set and new counter. Connect plumbing.
Use the cabinet with the sink to store supplies and cleaning products. Use the no-sink cabinet to store clean towels, etc.
