There's no way to know. Try to find the original location online where the photo was posted, but most likely it still won't tell you. Best bet, take your phone with this picture on it, go to the paint store, and see about swatches in a good quality outdoor paint for a front door (a well knowing paint specialist could tell you because I have no idea).
