Stone on the front? What are you wanting the house to look like? Lighter, darker?

I would like it lighter. Also dont like the porch. Would like to have ideas.

Really like to have a new facelift

On the right side of the house, I would tear out the steps and bump out of deck. Bring it back to support posts. This will give your lower window more light. Add steps in the back. I'd minimize the deck on the left side by half. More ornamental. I'd like to see you replace the worn rails with something modern.
