If I were you, I'd subscribe to Consumer Reports. They rate tons of appliances on reliability, etc. My library keeps back issues in stock so you might not need to even subscribe.

I used to rely on Consumer Reports like it was the bible. I have found some being in the business that there reviews are typically the opposite of what our customers say when they review the appliances a year after purchase/remodel. I no longer even look at Consumer Reports. We had one customer that installed the Jenn-Aire pro line and we felt like it was one of the best units we have seen. They love them now and it had been several years.

Don’t buy all from one manufacturer get what functiond for you in each appliance that is the reson I always do stainless they all go together. FYI I have a Bertazzoni 6 burner all gas range with convection, I have a Bosch DW a Fridgedaire fridge/ freezer with builtin kit and a Double Kitcheaid welectric wall oven with convection these all function the way I want and I have a Panasonic microwave because I only use it to reheat stuff I have had these for 8 yrs no problems and I have a small catering business so they get a workout.
