The floors are Lyptus Prefinished Natural. If you purchase this wood raw and finish it yourself it may have a different tone depending on the finish you use. We purchased this wood already finished for this home from a local supplier. The homeowner really liked the orange glow that it had and it will well with the contemporary style.
