washing machine outlet box

my water lines run from the ceiling so the two copper pipes drop down from the ceiling into the wall framing and as far as all the washing machine outlet boxes that I have seen have the valves coming from the bottom up. so when I install the washing machine outlet box do I just flip it upside down? is it okay to do that or do they make ones particularly for water lines running from the ceiling? please help!
